Summer heat can seriously spoil your mood, especially when you are at home and dreaming of a vacation. Many are afraid to put on a jacket in the summer, but a light sports jacket of a light color can be a salvation. It will not allow the body to overheat, and if it becomes stuffy, it can be easily removed. This method is especially useful if you have a short walk or a trip to work in sunny weather.
These simple techniques do not require much effort and allow you to feel comfortable even in the most sweltering heat. The main thing is to listen to your body, not to overheat and remember: you can create coolness without an air conditioner if you act wisely.
