More than 20 new drones have been successfully developed and put into service in Ukraine

Ukraine has successfully developed and put into service more than 20 new drones developed by Ukrainian manufacturers under the auspices of the Ministry of Defense startup. This was announced by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov during a briefing on July 19.

According to Reznikov, Ukrainian manufacturers were tasked with launching the startup, and they came together - 82 Ukrainian manufacturers who agreed to develop new drones for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. These drones are already being used to destroy orcs and their equipment on the battlefield.

The Minister of Defense noted that it takes only three weeks to put a drone into service. This demonstrates the rapid pace of development of domestic military equipment and its readiness for combat use.

Another important step in the development of drones and the domestic defense industry was the adoption of a resolution that allows for the allocation of 25% of revenue for the development of this industry. This will provide additional resources for further improvement and expansion of military equipment production.

In addition, as part of the efforts to simplify and support the development of the domestic defense industry, a resolution was adopted to simplify and reduce the necessary fees and customs restrictions for the import of components for the development of drones. This step will help speed up the process of creating new technologies and provide the domestic defense industry with access to innovative resources.

Ukraine's drone startup has great potential for further development and creation of advanced technologies that will strengthen the country's defense capabilities and help ensure the security and protection of national interests.
