The whole world is aware that russia may launch a new large-scale attack in eastern Ukraine, and the EU understands that the sanctions already imposed will not immediately stop putin's "war machine", although it significantly reduces the kremlin's resources to finance it.

This was stated by EU High Representative Josep Borrell in Luxembourg following a meeting of EU foreign ministers

"If more help is needed, we will provide more based on Ukraine's needs," Borrel said.
