The occupants have «appointed» the so-called acting mayor of Melitopol, Halyna Danylchenko, a local deputy from the Opposition Bloc. She urges citizens to "adjust to the new reality" and "not to participate in extremist activities".  Yesterday the occupants kidnapped the Mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov, as he refused to cooperate with them.
