    Preparing for class

    If you thoroughly decide to do Taibo, you need initial preparation of the body. For this purpose, it is desirable to go to step aerobics classes for 1-2 months. When the muscles get stronger, you can start Taibo. For this you will need any sports uniform, T-shirt or shorts, necessarily from natural fabric. Choose shoes with non-slip soles and good cushioning. In the room for Taibo classes it is desirable to have a boxing bag and a mirror "full-length" to view the practice of movements. Working out at home, the room should be at least 12 square meters with flat, non-slippery floors. Be sure to decide on the time - you can practice at any time convenient for you. The main thing - regularity, without skipping training. Only in this case there will be a positive result on the face. The rule that is important to remember is to exercise slowly but surely, then there will be no muscle pain and unpleasant sensations.

    Classes begin with a warm-up in the rhythm of step and dance movements, running. Then there are endurance exercises and in the end - stretching. Having prepared, we move on to the basic movements. These are blows with hands and feet on a punching bag and arbitrary movements and jumps. At the end of the class, the energetic pace of training turns into the so-called "fight dance", thanks to which breathing is restored. When performing "kicks", it is important not to fully straighten the arm or leg. The arm should be slightly bent at the elbow, and the leg at the knee. This makes it very easy to perform "kicks" and reduces the chance of injury.
