Ukrainian citizens now have the opportunity to significantly facilitate the process of paying customs duties when importing cars, thanks to the expansion of the functionality of the IT service "Single Window for International Trade" of the State Customs Service. This gives citizens the opportunity to pay customs duties to the deposit account of the relevant customs office using a QR code in one click.

This was reported by the press service of the State Customs Service, indicating that in order to self-register a car, it is necessary to register in the Personal Account and select certain parameters. After that, the system generates a QR code that allows citizens to pay customs duties without visiting a banking institution.

"This will help simplify payment and speed up the clearance procedure," the State Customs Service said. The agency added that the digitalization of processes is one of the key priorities in the work of the customs, aimed at facilitating the interaction of citizens with customs services.

This innovative step of technology implementation not only opens up new opportunities for citizens, but also emphasizes the strategic importance of digital development in modern customs services.
