The Cabinet of Ministers has set up a coordination headquarters to ensure life support during blackouts

The Government of Ukraine has taken an important step to ensure the vital activity of the population during possible blackouts and electricity supply restrictions. The Cabinet of Ministers has set up a Coordination Headquarters for Rapid Response to coordinate measures in the event of such situations.

This was announced by the government's representative in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk.

In addition, the government has also approved the composition of the Coordination Headquarters, which will bring together experts and government officials to take immediate action in case of crisis.

One of the main tasks of this headquarters is to ensure communication and coordination between different regions of Ukraine and the central government in order to effectively respond to possible power outages.

In particular, the heads of regional and city military administrations have been ordered to establish regional coordination headquarters to respond quickly in the event of blackouts and similar emergencies.

This initiative of the government is intended to ensure the safety and comfort of Ukrainian citizens during possible restrictions in electricity supply and to provide prompt support to the national energy supply.
