The Diia portal has new features related to the construction of CC1 facilities, as well as urban planning conditions and restrictions on land development.
According to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, these innovations will significantly speed up the procedures for obtaining services and, accordingly, increase the speed of the start of relevant construction projects. This is especially true in the context of a full-scale war, when many buildings have been damaged by Russian aggression and need to be restored. Therefore, it is important that the services provided are as convenient and prompt as possible.
The CC1 consequence class covers most small buildings used by small and medium-sized businesses, small public buildings, farms, greenhouses, greenhouses, as well as houses built for IDPs and people who lost their homes due to the war.
At the same time, urban planning conditions and restrictions play an important role in community control over the construction of residential complexes and large industrial facilities. Therefore, their maximum transparency is essential.
Previously, in order to make changes to registered applications and notifications, one had to visit administrative service centers in person and wait several days for a decision. Thanks to the changes implemented, this can now be done online in a few clicks. In addition, almost all data is filled in automatically when submitting applications, which effectively reduces the time of procedures.
According to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the CC1 class notification service has already been used 12.3 thousand times, and 4 thousand users have applied for urban planning conditions and restrictions online. These figures demonstrate the active interest of entrepreneurs and citizens in simplified and fast procedures that help develop small businesses and maintain infrastructure in the face of modern challenges.
