North Korea has successfully tested a new intercontinental ballistic missile Hwasong-17.

Kim Jong Un personally led the launch to increase its nuclear deterrence against American "imperialists." There, he confirmed that the missile would be able to deliver a nuclear warhead to anywhere in the United States.

The Korean State Agency said that the successful test launch of Hwasong-17 means that North Korea is ready for a long-term confrontation with the United States.
