Russian occupiers have gunned down an ambulance car that was moving under the Red Cross flag in Staromlynivka village of Donetsk district (Eastern Ukraine) – fatalities caused.
The village itself has no electricity, water supply, gas supply and mobile communication. People are hiding in the basements with no food and water. There are around 350 people including children staying in school сellars. Many people are sick and have no access to the medications. All the bridges around the village are blown up and there is only one road leading into the village.
