A recent survey of 124 women engaged in various types of exercise showed that several of them experienced orgasm during exercise. This suggests that the process takes time and regularity. Most likely, the intensity of physical activity and the development of the body's sensitivity play an important role in this phenomenon.

    Exercises such as yoga and Pilates can also set the stage for orgasm through a combination of physical and breathing techniques that increase concentration on the body and emotional state. Perhaps it is the combination of muscle relaxation and tension, as well as an improvement in overall well-being, that contributes to the unusual sensations during these activities.

    It is important to note that orgasm triggered by physical activity is not always accompanied by conscious desire or reflection on a sexual topic. Women who experience such moments note that they may be completely focused on the exercise and have no sexual intentions. This emphasizes how unusual and unexpected this phenomenon can be.

    From a scientific perspective, there are several hypotheses as to how exactly physical activity can affect sexual arousal. One explanation is the stimulation of nerve endings and an increase in endorphins, which affect the general emotional background and can lead to hypersensitivity. In any case, research in this area is ongoing, and scientists hope that in the future they will be able to more accurately determine the mechanisms of this phenomenon.
