    Love fish, but afraid of complicated preparations? We have the perfect recipe for you - cod with vegetables baked in parchment. This diet dish is easy to prepare, and it will definitely keep you from getting fat. Let's understand how to prepare this delicious and healthy dinner.

    Ingredients (for one serving):

    2 pieces of ordinary cod (chilled or naturally thawed)
    Half a bulb (red or yellow onion)
    1 small sweet bell pepper
    2-3 cherry or tomato tomatoes
    Slice of lemon
    Herbs (to your taste: celery, dill, parsley)
    Salt (coarse or sea salt)
    Recipe:

    Let's start by cutting the cod into portioned pieces.

    Take baking paper or white parchment paper and fold it in half.

    Prepare a "pillow" of vegetables. Chop the herbs, onions in half rings, peppers in strips, and spread this "pillow" on the parchment.

    On the vegetable "pillow" carefully lay out the pieces of fish. Drizzle them with lemon juice.

    Add herbs and quarters of cherry tomatoes all over the surface. Sprinkle with coarse salt.

    Wrap the cod and vegetables in a parchment envelope, taping the paper edges at the top.

    Cook the fish in parchment in a pan on the stove or on a baking tray in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Then carefully open the edges of the bag (careful, it's very hot inside!).

    Serve the cod cooked in parchment to the table. You can spread it directly on the paper, but it is better to transfer it to a serving plate, remove the fish skin and bones.
