    Sour milk scrub

    This natural scrub is suitable for both face and body. For its preparation, you will need fatty sour cream and sea salt. Mix them in equal proportions until the formation of a thick porridge. Then apply the resulting mass on your face and/or body, making soft massage movements. Allow the scrub to work for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water. However, keep in mind that it is best to scrub dry skin no more than once a month, as scrubbing too often can cause irritation.

    Creamy scrub

    For this scrub you will need fine table salt and cream. Mix 350 grams of salt with half a cup of cream. Rub the resulting mass into the skin, starting from the face and ending with the whole body. Massage the skin in circular motions to improve blood circulation and help the product penetrate deeper into the skin. Then rinse with warm water followed by cool water. This creamy scrub is great for nourishing dry skin, making it softer and more moisturized. It is recommended to perform this procedure once or twice a month.
