Instead of adjusting yourself to other people's standards, you should learn to accept yourself as you are. Self-love and self-confidence are not the result of external changes, but an internal feeling that is formed primarily through acceptance.

    Thus, the desire for beauty and perfection does not necessarily have to be associated with radical and sometimes dangerous procedures. It is not at all necessary to change your body in order to be happy. The main thing is to learn to love yourself, listen to your body and do what brings joy and comfort, and not follow other people's standards.
