  • Chicken and vegetable casserole: a light and tasty recipe

    If you want to treat yourself to a tasty and healthy dish, chicken and vegetable casserole is a great option. It is not only tasty, but also healthy, as the dish has a low calorie content - only 116 calories per 100 grams. This recipe is ideal for those who watch their figure, but are not ready to give up their favorite dishes.

    For this dish, you will need the following ingredients:

    400 g frozen cauliflower
    400 g frozen green beans
    300 g chicken fillet (boiled)
    1 onion
    1 carrot
    200 g milk
    3 eggs
    150 g Adyghe cheese
    2 tsp vegetable oil
    a small bunch of dill
    Preparing the casserole is quite simple. Let's start with the chicken fillet: it needs to be boiled in salted water until done. This will take about 30 minutes. After that, carefully separate the pulp from the bones. In the remaining broth, cook the cauliflower and beans for about 7 minutes.

    While the vegetables are cooking, fry the onion with grated carrots in 1 tsp of oil until they become soft and aromatic. After that, grind the chicken fillet using a blender or meat grinder, and also do this with the boiled vegetables.

    Now you can prepare the dressing for the casserole. To do this, mix milk, eggs, grated Adyghe russula and a little salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in one bowl.

    Then proceed to forming the casserole. Apply 1 tsp of vegetable oil to the casserole dish and put in it the mass of vegetables, chicken fillet and dressing. Mix everything well and distribute it over the dish.

    Now all that's left is to bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes until golden brown. When the casserole is ready, sprinkle it with chopped dill and serve.

    This dish is perfect for both everyday dinner and a festive table. It is not only tasty and filling, but also healthy, as it combines chicken meat and vegetables rich in vitamins and minerals. Enjoy your meal!
