  • Effective strength aerobics: strengthen body and spirit

    Strength aerobics is a high-intensity type of fitness, which is ideal for those who already have good physical training. Unlike conventional aerobics, power aerobics involves working with various weights and requires serious endurance. It is recognized as one of the most effective methods for weight loss, helping to maintain the results for a long time.

    Power aerobics: the main features
    Strength aerobics includes exercises using dumbbells, mini-bars, rubber jumpers, as well as a variety of squats, presses and tilts. This type of training allows you to develop strength endurance and effectively adjust the figure, pulling muscles in the right places.     Load classes in power aerobics
    Power aerobics is divided into four main classes:

    Upper Body - Upper body training.
    ABT - exercises for the buttocks and abdominal abs.
    TIT - load on the leg muscles.
    Super Sculpt or Body Sculpt - complex workouts of all muscles of the body.

    Regular exercise of strength aerobics not only helps to lose weight, but also strengthens the cardiovascular system, accelerates metabolism, increases stress resistance and improves mood due to higher levels of endorphins. Intensive training improves cerebral blood supply, which increases concentration and learning. However, people with hypertension, varicose veins, and joint and spine problems should avoid force aerobics.
