Autumn skin care: masks

The fall period requires special attention to the skin of the face. To protect it from the adverse effects of the weather and keep it fresh and moisturized, prepare special homemade masks that effectively cope with these tasks.

Apple mask

Use a small apple, rub it and mix it with the white of a chicken egg and vegetable or olive oil. Apply the resulting mass on your face for 15 minutes, then wash off with warm water. Such a mask nourishes, moisturizes and refreshes the skin.

Mask with red rowanberries

Mix the juice of red rowanberries with liquid honey and olive oil. For dry skin, add egg yolk, for oily skin - egg white. Apply the mask on your face for 20 minutes, then wash it off with warm water. It will help keep your skin firm and youthful thanks to antioxidants and vitamin A.

Cabbage Peel

Mix cabbage with fine salt and rub this mixture into your facial skin in circular motions, avoiding the eye area. Then wash your face with warm water and rub an ice cube. This will help improve blood circulation and refresh the skin.

Mask with young potatoes

Boil a young potato and mix it with sour cream. Apply the mask on your face for 15 minutes, then wash it off with warm water. It will help to eliminate signs of fatigue and improve skin elasticity thanks to vitamins and trace elements.

For extra facial hydration, use a moisturizing toning lotion twice a day, and increase your fluid intake to 2 liters a day. Don't forget about nourishing creams to help soften your skin and moisturize deeply.
