Ukrzaliznytsia launches a new service: automatic redemption of train tickets

Joint Stock Company Ukrzaliznytsia announces the start of beta testing of a ticket monitoring service with the possibility of automatic redemption for domestic trains. This was reported by the company's press service.

From now on, users who log in through the Diia.Signature application can use the new service in testing mode. The functionality includes monitoring of two types of tickets.

"When monitoring a particular train, you can also activate automatic ticket redemption. To do this, you need to enter passenger data and pay for the order: after activating the function, the money will be withdrawn, and if no tickets are found or the monitoring is canceled, the funds will automatically return to the card," Ukrzaliznytsia explains.

Users will receive push notifications in the app about found tickets. If automatic redemption is enabled, users will also receive notifications about redeemed tickets after payment.

"Ukrzaliznytsia encourages passengers to join the testing of the new feature and provide feedback to improve it as efficiently as possible.

During the test, real money will be withdrawn, and the tickets received will be fully valid for travel. Therefore, users are advised not to exceed the number of monitors.

"If you encounter any problems during the test, please let us know via the 'Feedback' section of the app. Select the topic "Seat tracking" so that we can respond effectively," Ukrzaliznytsia urges.
