    The first step to perfect posture is to make lifestyle changes and fight overexertion. Follow a sleep schedule, avoid thinking about problems before bed, start your morning with light exercise and a balanced breakfast. An emotional boost in the morning will help you go out with your head up and a straight back.

    Simple exercises done on a regular basis can help correct bad posture. Two effective exercises you can incorporate into your routine.

    Sandbag and sand exercise: create a sandbag weighing no more than 400 grams. Place it on your head and walk around for a few minutes, trying to keep it in place. This is the method that allows you to emphasize the load on the muscles of the neck, helping to improve posture.

    Raise and lower your legs: lie on your back, straighten your legs and raise them one by one without touching the floor. Do it not too high, about 35-40 cm, focusing on the abdominal muscles. Repeat the exercise at least 20 times.

    A complex exercise for the back: lying on your back, spread your arms apart at right angles to your torso, lift your legs vertically. Slowly lower your legs, moving your pelvis in different directions. Repeat 20 times and add stretching.

    Correcting posture also depends on correct posture in everyday life: when climbing stairs, sitting at a desk or walking down the street, watch your body posture and movements. Regular practice of taking care of your posture will lead to an improvement in your physical condition and overall health.
