  • Inspiringly delicious: schnitzels with mushrooms at home

    Schnitzel is a dish that simply makes us feel appetite at the mere mention of its name. Juicy meat, covered with a crispy golden crust, is able to win the hearts of meat lovers. And although the homeland of schnitzel is Austria, it is interesting that originally it was cooked only from veal. Let's try to prepare at home delicious schnitzels with the addition of fragrant mushrooms.


    6 cooked schnitzels;
    4 fresh tomatoes;
    200 g chopped almonds;
    3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs;
    2 eggs;
    4 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
    3 tablespoons of flour;
    Salt, ground black pepper and fresh chopped herbs - to taste.

    Sprinkle the schnitzels first with flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and then roll in a mixture of breadcrumbs and chopped almond nuts. Fry the schnitzels on both sides in heated oil until golden. Transfer the cooked schnitzels to a warm place.

    Cut the washed mushrooms into four pieces.

    Slice the tomatoes and roast them together with the mushrooms for 15 minutes.

    Serve the warm schnitzels on a serving plate, topped with the sauteed mushrooms and tomatoes. Sprinkle the dish with ground black pepper and fresh chopped herbs.
