More than five million people have left Ukraine since russia's full-scale invasion began.

According to updated UN figures, as of 20 April, the figure stands at 5.3 million.

The majority of Ukrainians have left for Poland - over 2.8m people. More than 757 thousand persons left for Romania, 471 thousand persons for Hungary, more than 426 thousand persons for Moldova and more than 342 thousand persons for Slovakia.
