For this appetizer you will need the following ingredients:
2 sweet-sour apples
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. of grated cheese
100 grams of walnuts
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. sour cream
salt to taste.
To begin with, apples should be peeled from the peel and seeds, then cut them into straws or grate them on a coarse grater and splash them with lemon juice so that they do not darken.
Walnuts should be chopped.
