Over the past two months, Ukraine has received only 10% of the planned financial assistance from international partners, and has not received the military assistance that was envisaged under the Ramstein format. This was reported by Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Olha Stefanishyna, citing information from Interfax-Ukraine.

She noted that the situation with financial assistance from partners is currently very difficult. In the first two months of this year, Ukraine received only part of the necessary funds, which are critical for the functioning of the state.

In particular, Stefanishyna noted that international partners, including the United States, have called on Ukraine to react more cautiously to the situation with financial assistance. This may affect the decision to receive the funds planned for the current year.

The unsatisfactory situation with financial assistance affects not only the economy but also the political situation in the country. In January-February 2024, Ukraine was to receive about 80% of the necessary funding from its partners.

It is worth noting that the general fund of the State Budget of Ukraine received approximately $1.2 billion in external financing from international partners during this period. However, this amount is only a fraction of the total amount of financial assistance that should have been received.

Thus, unsatisfactory funding from partners in the first months of 2024 jeopardizes the implementation of key programs and projects in Ukraine, which may affect the country's further development and its relations with international partners.
