  • Zucchini diet: the star-tested secrets of health and shape

    Zucchini - not just a vegetable, but a real treasure trove of useful properties. They have a diuretic effect, normalize water-salt metabolism and promote blood purification. Among the ardent supporters of the zucchini diet are famous personalities such as Catherine Deneuve, Alain Delon, Margaret Thatcher, and many others.

    Zucchini diet is a short-term course, designed for 6-10 days, as a result of which you can get rid of 2-3 kg of excess weight.

    The menu of the first and second days can be alternated in any order. It is recommended to avoid excessive salt or salt products moderately.

    On the first day of the zucchini diet it is suggested to start with a zucchini casserole. To prepare this dish, rub one zucchini (1 kg), add 3 tbsp. rye flour, 1 egg, herbs, mix and bake in the oven.

    The second breakfast - vegetable salad with zucchini. Cut zucchini, carrots and cucumber into slices, dress with natural yogurt.

    Lunch - vegetable soup "Zucchini". Prepare carrots, bell peppers, and celery, cut them into cubes, pour 1.5 liters of boiling water, cook for 20 minutes, salt, pepper, sprinkle with herbs. Second course - boiled turkey with herbs.

    Afternoon snack - cottage cheese and vegetable salad with zucchini. Grate zucchini and ginger, cut bell peppers, add cottage cheese and dress with natural yogurt.

    Dinner - zucchini stuffed with vegetables. Cut zucchini in half, cut out the core, cut vegetables and fill zucchini. Bake in foil.

    Day two starts with zucchini zucchini fritters. Grate zucchini, add flour, egg, salt, fructose and baking soda. Fry the fritters in vegetable oil.

    Second breakfast - vegetable salad with zucchini. Cut zucchini, dress with oil, add herbs and lemon juice.

    Lunch - fish with vegetables. Bake a fish fillet in foil with onions, zucchini and carrots. Salt with lemon juice.

    Afternoon snack - cottage cheese-yogurt mixture with zucchini caviar. Stew zucchini with carrots, onions and peppers, cool, shred, add cottage cheese and yogurt.

    Dinner - zucchini with mushrooms. Fry mushrooms, slice zucchini, fry, mix with mushrooms, sprinkle with herbs.

    Continue alternating the first and second days, keeping a balance and drinking about 1.5 liters of water per day. Exclude smoked, sweet, flour products, coffee and alcohol. When choosing zucchini, preference should be given to dark green varieties, and do not remove the skin - it contains most of the useful substances.
