    However, this does not mean that you need to stay at rest. Walking with a stroller and eating healthy can help you get back in shape. Limit your intake of fatty, floury and sugary foods that are definitely not conducive to your and your baby's health.

Before you start exercising, it is important to warm up and start with a warm-up. Then you can include running in place, jumping rope and other vigorous exercises.

    Do not forget about proper exercise technique, especially concerning the abdominal muscles. Start with simple exercises such as touching the opposite knee with your elbow and increase the intensity gradually. Remember that your body's health and recovery should always come first.

    It is important to remember that the body remains weakened for several months after childbirth, so don't rush into grueling workouts. Moderate exercise, proper nutrition and patience will help you get back in shape and remove your postpartum belly.
