Ukrainian defense industry increases its potential: shares for over UAH 237 million issued

The Ukrainian Defense Industry Joint Stock Company has successfully issued ordinary registered shares for a total amount of over UAH 237 million, and an important detail is that 100% of these securities will be owned by the state of Ukraine.

The company's press service announced this significant achievement on its official Telegram channel.

This important step in the transformation of UkrOboronProm became possible due to the registration of the share issue based on the decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission. This promising initiative is aimed at strengthening the potential of the Ukrainian defense industry, ensuring the country's security and independence, as well as developing and implementing the latest technologies in the military sphere.
