Expansion of medical evacuation: Ukrzaliznytsia handed over two new cars

Joint-stock company "Ukrzaliznytsia" continues to develop its initiative to ensure the evacuation of the wounded, handing over two more modern modernized wagons. This was reported by the company's press service.

The new cars are equipped with generators for autonomous power, oxygen concentrators, ventilators, blood transfusions, cardiac monitors and other medical devices. This contributes to the maximum safe transportation of the wounded of various degrees of severity and providing them with the necessary emergency medical assistance during transportation.

It is noted that over the past two years, railway workers have already converted 68 carriages for use for medical purposes. This indicates the constant growth of the company's efforts in the development and improvement of the medical infrastructure for the provision of emergency care.

The event, carried out by Ukrzaliznytsia, is an important step in improving medical care for the wounded and their transportation to medical institutions. Additional cars will allow to optimize medical evacuation processes and ensure a quick response to emergency situations.
