Teofipol breakthrough: new industrial park will create over 1,550 jobs

A new industrial park "Teofipol Eco Park" has been registered in Khmelnytskyi region. The decision to create it was adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on December 10, 2024, which made this park the 99th in the list of officially registered industrial parks of the country. As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, this project will be an important step in stimulating the economy of the region.

According to Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Vitaly Kindrativ, the park will provide over 1,550 new jobs in the processing industry. The main emphasis is on the production of paper products and related products, which, according to forecasts, will become an important driver of economic growth for the Teofipol community.

The area of ​​​​the park is 30.87 hectares, and it will focus on many areas of production. Among them are the production of paper pulp, paper, cardboard and household products. Particular attention is paid to the production of biogas, bioethanol, bioplastics, as well as the development of the food industry and alternative energy.

The total amount of capital investments in the creation of the park is estimated at 2.43 billion hryvnias. It is expected that the modern infrastructure that will be built on its territory will provide residents with the necessary conditions for effective activity and will help attract additional investments.

The initiator of the creation of the park was the Teofipol Village Council. According to the plan, the park will also become a platform for scientific and technical activities and the development of the information and telecommunications sector. Such a combination of innovation and production will allow communities to attract advanced technologies and create competitive products.

"Teofipol Eco Park" is not only a production site, but also a strategic step towards strengthening the economic potential of the region. The project is expected to contribute to the sustainable development of the community, provide new jobs, and open up opportunities for international cooperation.
