  • How to Overcome Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: Effective Methods and Tips

    Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFU) is becoming an increasingly common problem in the modern world. If you have noticed signs of constant fatigue, such as weakness, inactivity, drowsiness, headaches and muscle pain, do not panic. If these symptoms have emerged relatively recently, they can be overcome with simple but effective methods. In this article we will consider ways to combat chronic fatigue with fresh air, water treatments and aromatherapy.

    Breathing exercises in the fresh air

    Fresh air is a simple and effective means of combating fatigue. But instead of the usual walks, try breathing exercises that will help to fill the body with oxygen and improve general well-being. Do breathing exercises in front of an open window or outside. Take a deep breath through your mouth, using the abdominal muscles. Then slowly exhale through your nose, pulling in your stomach. Take four deep breaths in one minute. Repeat this exercise in 2-3 approaches morning and evening, and you will notice how the headaches and fatigue recede.

    Water treatments for vitality and relaxation

    Water treatments are another great way to deal with the symptoms of chronic fatigue. Start the morning with a contrast shower: warm up the body with hot water for 40-60 seconds, then pour cold water (not less than 20 degrees) over it for 15 seconds. Repeat 3-4 times, finishing the procedure with cold water. This will help you to be energized for the whole day.

    In the evening, relax in a bath with herbs and honey to relieve tension and improve your mood. Make a tea from 4 tablespoons of sage, 3 tablespoons of celery and 1 liter of water. Let steep for half an hour, then add 2 tablespoons of honey and pour the infusion into a bath with water not higher than 38 degrees. Immerse yourself in the water for 20 minutes.
