    You can go to a beauty salon, where you will be offered professional facial treatments, or you can try to improve the elasticity of your facial skin at home.

    How to improve the elasticity of facial skin at home

    First, revise your diet. Consume more seafood, pumpkin seeds, mushrooms, nuts and dried fruits.

    Get regular facial massages to improve skin elasticity. Clean your face and hands thoroughly, then gently smooth your facial skin from center to temples, from eyebrows to forehead and from chin to ears. Perform each exercise 6-7 times two to three times a week.

    Tightening face masks

    Prepare tightening face masks.

    Honey mask: Grind oat flakes, add whipped protein and warm honey. Apply it on your face, leave it on for a few minutes, then rinse it off. Be careful with honey if you have any allergies.
    Lemon mask: Whisk the protein, add lemon juice, zest and bran. Apply to your face, then rinse off and wipe your skin with ice. Also use cosmetic products to tighten the skin.
    Do contrasting washings, wipe your skin with ice in the morning.
