The happiest age of a person has been determined

London scientists have named the age at which a person feels the happiest. As it turned out, the happiest years in life - it is 23 years and 69 years.

Scientists have found this explanation: the fact that a person aged a little over 20 years, as a rule, feels as if ready to roll mountains: full of hope and strength to achieve goals, and in most cases he has not yet had a negative experience, mistakes and serious failures. When a person is just under 70, he does not regret the past and gets satisfaction and peace from it.

The experiment involved 23,161 willing participants between the ages of 17 and 85. Scientists call the most difficult age the 50th anniversary - it is difficult for them to accept the fact that they are no longer young and are already moving into another age group. They are often visited by thoughts of unfulfilled hopes and regret about the passed years.

It is also a curious fact that people born in a good time, in the future feel happier than those who were born in a difficult period.

But the main determinants of a person's happiness remain excellent physical condition, personal life and successful career.
