    In the world of curd delights, it is difficult to choose what to try. And here in front of you is another option - a recipe for cottage cheese cheesecake made with crushed cookies and butter. This dessert not only combines the tenderness of cottage cheese, but also gives the flavor of berries.

    Ingredients for the base and filling:

    To make the base you will need cookies or crackers, butter, sugar and vanilla. The filling includes cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, heavy cream, flour, vanillin, salt, lemon juice, blueberry jam and fresh strawberries.

    Preparation:

    Heat the oven to 190 degrees C. Crush the crackers in a blender and mix them with the crushed butter, sugar and vanilla.

    Spoon this mixture into a round cake mold and place in the freezer.

    Beat the cottage cheese with the sugar, add the eggs, flour, vanillin, salt and lemon juice.

    Cut the strawberries in half and place on the cooled base. Fill with the cottage cheese filling.

    Decorate the surface with two spoonfuls of blueberry jam, creating a marble-like pattern with a knife or toothpick. Bake at 190 degrees C for approximately 30 minutes.

    Allow the filling to remain slightly liquid - this will make the cheesecake extra tender. Continue to keep the cheesecake in the oven for about another half an hour after turning it off.

    Cool completely and set in the refrigerator.
