  • Kefir diet for weight loss: options for 3 and 7 days

    Useful properties of kefir made it a very popular product not only for weight loss, but also for the recovery of the body. Kefir - a unique product, obtained from milk by lactic acid fermentation, preserves the beneficial properties of milk and acquires many important qualities for health. It normalizes intestinal microflora, is a good absorbent and contains a large number of biologically active substances and trace elements.

    Because of its beneficial properties, kefir is widely used in a variety of diets. In this article we will consider a diet in which kefir is the main product.

    Menu of kefir diet for 3 days

    During the day we drink 1-1.5 liters of kefir (better skimmed) in 5-6 receptions at regular intervals. During this diet other food is not consumed. The duration of the kefir diet is 3 days. However, it should be noted that such a monodiet, like most of these, can be quite hard to tolerate.

    To facilitate the course of the diet, you can add to the reception of kefir vegetables and fruits in the amount of 1 kg per day. This version of the diet can be practiced for a longer period of time - 5-6 days.

    There is a more balanced version of the kefir diet, designed for 7 days and tolerated much easier. When following such a diet, you can lose 3-4 kg and cleanse the body.

    Menu kefir diet for 7 days:

    On the first day, we consume 5 pieces of boiled potatoes of medium size and 1.5 liters of kefir;
    On the second day - 100 grams of boiled chicken and the same one and a half liters of kefir;
    On the third day - 100 grams of boiled lean veal and again one and a half liters of kefir;
    On the fourth day - 100 grams of boiled fish and kefir;
    On the fifth day - up to 1 kg of fruits and vegetables (except caloric bananas and grapes) and 1.5 liters of kefir;
    On the sixth day, consume only one and a half liters of kefir;
    On the seventh day drink mineral water.
    All products are prepared without salt and sugar. For a more effective cleansing of the body, it is recommended to make cleansing enemas beforehand. The duration of the diet is a week, with a possible weight loss of up to 5-6 kg. Repeat such a diet can be more than once a month.
