    Опубликовано: 2023-09-06 15:28:06

The development of speech in babies is an exciting and important activity, which largely depends on the interaction with parents. However, it should be remembered that proper communication with the child plays a key role in this process. Instead of baby talk and "toddler" speech, parents should use short and clear phrases to help develop their child's speech. To speed up this process, there are many fun exercises that can be offered to your baby. In this article, we will look at ten such exercises to help develop speech.

    1. Exercises with poems:

Poems are a great way to develop speech in toddlers. Simple poems that can be accompanied by tongue movements will help the child to better control his articulation apparatus and improve pronunciation.

    2. "Needle."

The baby should stick out his tongue and tense it to make it narrow and sharp like a needle and hold it in this position for a few seconds. This exercise helps to develop the motor skills of the tongue and improve the pronunciation of sounds.

    3. "Fungus":

The baby should open his mouth wide and rest his tongue against the upper palate. Parents can demonstrate this movement to help the child understand how to do this.

    4. "Fence":

The child should close his or her teeth with the lips open and tense. This exercise helps improve control of the lips and tongue.

    5. "Painter":

The child's mouth is ajar and the child should stroke the upper palate back and forth with the tip of the tongue. This exercise helps improve articulation and pronunciation of sounds.

    6. "Start the car."

The mouth is ajar and the tongue touches the upper palate. The baby should exhale air and say "drrrrrr". This exercise helps to develop the pronunciation of "p" sounds.

    7. "Wheel."

The baby should open his mouth so that the shape of the letter "O" is obtained. The lips should be strongly tense. This exercise helps to improve the pronunciation of vowel sounds.

    8. "Drummer":

The child should open the mouth and gently tap the tip of the tongue on the upper teeth. This exercise develops the motor skills of the tongue and improves articulation.

    Helpful tips:

Include solid foods such as apples and carrots in your baby's diet to develop jaw muscles.

Combine speech exercises with finger games such as finger counting.

Encourage and support your baby during the exercises, and do not criticize him or her if something goes wrong.
