The general fund of the state budget received UAH 169.4 billion in taxes and fees

In March 2026, the general fund of the state budget received UAH 169.4 billion in taxes and fees controlled by the State Tax Service of Ukraine. The plan was fulfilled by 101.9%, said the acting head of the State Tax Service Lesya Karnaukh.

According to her, additional revenues amounted to UAH 3.1 billion, which is UAH 9.3 billion (+5.8%) more compared to the same period last year. This indicates a positive dynamics of budget filling even in difficult economic conditions.

The largest contribution to the implementation of the plan was provided by basic taxes: personal income tax amounted to UAH 33.5 billion (105% of the plan), corporate income tax – UAH 89.1 billion (107.7%), and excise duty on imported and manufactured goods – UAH 16.2 billion (106.4%).

Karnaukh emphasized that despite the general overfulfillment, there are objective factors that restrain some indicators, in particular VAT revenues. However, the overfulfillment allowed to significantly improve the situation for the quarter and ensure financial stability.

In general, for the first three months of 2026, the execution of the general fund of the state budget is 100.6%, and revenues amounted to UAH 341.9 billion, which is UAH 2.1 billion higher than the planned indicators.

The Acting Head of the State Tax Service emphasized that the positive trend indicates the effective work of tax authorities and the stability of the state budget, which is important for financing social programs and developing the country's infrastructure.
