Ukrposhta revises tariffs: what will change for customers from April 1

From April 1, Ukrposhta is implementing an update of part of the tariffs for sending parcels. This is the first adjustment to the cost of the company's services since 2024, and it will not affect all shipments, but only certain categories.

The operator's press service reported on the changes, emphasizing that the decision is forced and related to economic factors. First of all, it is a significant increase in the costs that the company incurs to ensure stable operation.

In particular, the key reasons include the increase in fuel prices, the costs of infrastructure maintenance and service, as well as the need to maintain uninterrupted operation of the postal network even in conditions of blackouts.

The consequences of hostilities also create an additional burden on the company's budget. Due to shelling, there is a need to restore damaged transport and repair branches, which also affects the overall cost of services.

In this regard, the tariff policy is being reviewed selectively. As explained by the company, for the smallest parcels, the changes will be minimal - their cost will increase by only 5 hryvnias. At the same time, some priority tariffs will remain at the previous level without changes.

A more significant increase will apply to those categories of shipments where the current tariffs did not correspond to the real costs of delivery the most. This includes, in particular, larger parcels, the processing and transportation of which require more resources.

At the same time, customers are offered opportunities to save. The company reminded that online registration of shipments allows you to reduce costs by 5 hryvnias for each parcel, and also significantly reduces service time in branches.
