Ukraine updates list of critical transport enterprises

Ukraine is continuing the process of identifying enterprises that are critical to the national economy in the field of road transport. At the regular meeting of the commission on March 5, 2026, 24 companies received critical status for the first time, and another 21 enterprises confirmed its validity.

This was reported by Ukrtransbezpeka. The corresponding status is granted to companies whose services and activities are strategically important for the stable operation of the country's transport infrastructure.

The list of new critical enterprises includes Kubik-Trans LLC, Anyuta Trans LLC, Vladim-Trans LLC, Bud Dnipro Trans 21 LLC, Oldi Trans LLC, Gocargo LLC, Ares.ua LLC, Zubarev Transport Company LLC, Chase Logistics LLC, In Point LLC and others. These companies can now receive additional preferences and state support to ensure the continuity of transportation.

Among the enterprises that have confirmed their status are PE "Vasylkivtransavto", LLC "T-Transport", LLC "Vac-Trans-Nafta", LLC "Biotransfer", MP "Rokada" LLC and 16 more companies. Their activities have already been recognized as critical for ensuring logistics and transportation in the country.

As of March 5, 2026, a total of 902 business entities have the status of enterprises important for the national economy. This includes both companies in the transport sector and enterprises that provide critical infrastructure for the uninterrupted operation of road transportation.

The relevant orders and decisions of the commission are available on the Ukrtransbezpeka website. Step-by-step instructions for submitting an application for the status of a critical enterprise are also available through your personal account in the Unified Communication Information System (EKIS).

The next meeting of the commission is scheduled for March 12, 2026, at which the next package of applications will be considered and the list of critical enterprises for road transport will be updated.
