First, create the structure of the material in your mind, then delve into the details. This approach activates memory and trains analytical thinking. Games, crosswords, and puzzles are another proven way to keep the brain sharp, stimulating the logical centers and improving reaction time.

    Physical activity and proper nutrition also play a key role. Aerobic exercise improves blood circulation and oxygenation of the brain, while a low-fat diet maintains vascular health. Experts note that combining mental and physical activity not only helps maintain mental acuity but also improves overall quality of life, even in old age.
