Another 18 transport companies recognized as critically important for the economy of Ukraine

The Commission for the Determination of Enterprises, Institutions and Organizations of Strategic Importance for the National Economy in the Field of Road Transport has adopted a new decision to expand the list of such entities. At the meeting on November 13, another 18 transport companies that meet all the criteria established by the Order of the Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure No. 50 were granted the status of being important for the economy.

As reported by the press service of "Ukrtransbezpeka", this step is of key importance for maintaining the stability of domestic and international logistics chains, especially in conditions of martial law and increased load on the country's transport system. New participants in the list will play an important role in ensuring the transportation of goods, resources and humanitarian cargo.

The updated list includes the following companies: LLC "SPL Logistic", LLC "Trak Parts LTD", LLC "Marko Logistic", LLC "Mazur Trans", LLC "Sardonix V", MPP "Spivdruzhnist", PE "Prykarpatbudtrans", LLC "Provantransinvest", LLC "Stransbud", LLC "JD Trans", LLC "MS Shostak Group", LLC "Suskb-Trans", LLC "Lantukh Traans", PE "Kreminavtoservice", LLC "Imperio Trans-Avito", LLC "Yunas", LLC "Max Trans LTD" and LLC "Primum-Trans".

Thus, the total number of enterprises that have the status of important for the national economy has reached 561 business entities. This status provides companies with the opportunity to ensure continuity of work, maintain human resources and participate in state logistics programs aimed at supporting the economic stability of the country.

When considering applications, the Commission takes into account the updated norms introduced by the order of the Ministry of Development No. 869, which entered into force on June 6, 2025. This document clarified the criteria for determining enterprises as critically important - in particular, by the volume of transportation, importance for supply chains, number of employees and share of participation in foreign economic activity.
