The body expends energy on internal struggles instead of defending itself against external threats. As a result, even simple illnesses can become more severe and last longer.

    Another consequence is the impact on the functioning of organs and systems. The liver, heart, and nervous system are all affected. Chronic feelings of resentment and anger trigger headaches, high blood pressure, and chronic fatigue. It's a vicious cycle: the worse a person feels, the more irritated they become, which worsens the condition.

    Therefore, anger is not just a personality trait, but a health risk factor. To avoid destructive consequences, it's important to learn to let go of negativity, work on inner balance, and find ways to express emotions safely. This will not only strengthen your psyche but also maintain your physical well-being.
