    You can quickly and easily make a delicate cream of mushroom soup using a microwave oven. This recipe is ideal for those who want to enjoy a delicious and healthy dish without spending a lot of time in the kitchen. The entire cooking process takes about 15 minutes at full microwave power.

    To prepare this dish, you will need fresh mushrooms, an onion, and a clove of garlic, which will give the soup a rich aroma. You will also need hot broth, milk, and cream, which will make the soup's consistency more delicate and velvety. To thicken the soup, use cornstarch, which is added to the dish along with the cream at the end of cooking.

    The first step is to finely chop the onion and garlic, and chop the mushrooms, except for one or two for decoration. Place these ingredients in a covered bowl and cook in the microwave for about 5 minutes on high power. This method preserves the aroma and nutrients of the mushrooms.

    Next, add hot broth to the bowl and use a blender to turn the contents into a smooth puree. Then pour in the milk and continue cooking for another 4–5 minutes. Mix the starch with the cream beforehand to avoid lumps, add it to the soup, and bring the dish to a boil again.

    Finally, season the soup with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with fresh mushroom slices and green onions. This cream soup is light, nutritious, and perfect for both lunch and dinner, especially when you want something warm and comforting.
