A civilian died as a result of roadside mines planted by occupiers in Sumy region (north-eastern Ukraine) - proceedings initiated

In violation of the Geneva Convention on the Protection of Civilians, the Russian Armed Forces mined the roadway in the village of Velykyi Sambir in Konotop district. On March 31, 2022 at about 12:00 a.m., a car carrying civilians ran over a mine. Three people were injured and one person died on the spot.
