The development of the "Kyt" industrial park in Bucha (Kyiv region) is gaining momentum. The launch of the second phase is planned for September 2025, where the production of building materials, metal-plastic doors and windows will be located. This will be an important step for expanding the industrial potential of the region and creating new jobs.

This was reported by the deputy chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development Dmytro Kysylevsky. He noted that although the industrial park was included in the state register only six months ago, its development is proceeding at a rapid pace.

A three-level building has already been erected on the territory of the park, part of which is occupied by the Nova Poshta distribution point. The remaining premises are currently waiting for new tenants. According to Kysylevsky, preliminary negotiations are already underway with two manufacturers of consumer goods that may become residents of the industrial zone.

The next stage will be the construction of the third phase - office space, which should be ready in 2026. The fourth phase is planned to be launched in the same year, which indicates large-scale plans for the development of the industrial park.

One of the key features of the project is an innovative approach to construction: three-level production buildings with a ceiling height of 6 meters on each level. This solution allows for efficient use of space and provides comfortable access for freight transport. The design of the facility was carried out taking into account the experience of other successful industrial complexes in Ukraine.

The development of the park is supported at the state and local levels. Last year, the government allocated UAH 2.28 million to connect the facility to the electricity grid, and the Bucha City Council reduced the land fee to 0.5% to attract investors. It is expected that this project will contribute to the economic development of the region, increase tax revenues and create new jobs.
