Natural methods of cleansing are only effective if you lead a healthy lifestyle: you live in a clean neighborhood, eat right, sleep on time and pay attention to physical activity. However, most of us do not boast an ideal lifestyle, and as we approach spring, we begin to experience similar symptoms that indicate the need for cleansing: fatigue, skin problems, allergies, headaches, appetite, colds and white plaque on the tongue.

There are three natural ways to cleanse:
