For the next 5 days, include in your diet 200 g of boiled rice, 100 g of salted fish and 20 g of chocolate for joy.

On the last 2 days, switch to cabbage soup, whipped in a blender with sour cream, and consume it every 2 hours a glass. In addition, it is allowed to eat 200 g of seasonal berries.
