3 exercises for great posture

As you exhale, return to the starting position. Repeat this exercise from the beginning. Perform it 10-15 times.

"Boat"
Lie on your stomach on the floor with your arms stretched out in front of you. As you inhale, simultaneously lift your upper body and straight legs, creating tension from head to heels. As you exhale, relax and return to the starting position. Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times.

With regular practice of these three exercises, you can achieve not only improved posture and a straight back, but also find harmony and confidence in your body.
