Ukrzaliznytsia presents a new international ticket: Russian language is completely excluded

The national railroad company Ukrzaliznytsia has presented a new electronic international ticket, which is being approved by international railroad partners.

This was reported by the company's press service.

The new ticket will contain information in two languages: Ukrainian and English.

"The process of Ukrainization of railway transport is going according to plan. By the end of 2023, we will also introduce a number of updated documents, letterheads, change signage, organize navigation, etc." the company said.

Although the new ticket template is still being approved, in accordance with international rules, the company has already completely excluded the Russian language from the information blocks when issuing international tickets.
