Ukraine will be able to defeat Russia on the battlefield. EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell believes the war will end militarily, not diplomatically.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Borrell's statement on Twitter.

"This war will be won on the battlefield," he wrote.

He said that an additional 500 euros of EU assistance is being implemented. "Weapons supplies will be adapted to the needs of Ukraine," he said.
