Russian troops in Ukraine are massively violating the laws and customs of war.

The SSU records so many cases that Russia's military invasion can be described as a punitive operation to destroy peaceful Ukrainians.

The example are conversations between two officers of the occupying army with the call signs "Wreath" and "Warrior", intercepted in Trostyanets (Sumy region).

According to operative information of the Security Service of Ukraine, "Wreath" is Colonel Evgeny Zhuravlyov, commander of the 4th Panzer Division. "Warrior" is his subordinate, commander of one of the units.

Here is how a racist butcher gives the order to destroy the Ukrainian village: ""We need to work on Skryagovka, destroy it from the east to the west."

But the "Warrior", complaining that the soldiers of the Armed Forces poured them with fire, reports: "There are residential neighborhoods. They will now be offended again and will shoot at us."

To which the commander responds with a direct instruction to destroy two more Ukrainian villages…
