Victims of the war in Ukraine were honored with a minute of silence at the 94th Academy Awards.

From the Oscar stage Mila Kunis, an actress of Ukrainian descent, said: "Recent global events have made many of us feel gutted. Yet when you witness the strength and dignity of those facing such devastation, it’s impossible to not be moved by their resilience".
